His expertise on different items such as the foundation, mositure, drainage and electrical outlets was very helpful. We plan to use there service again in the near future. Scheduling was a breeze and communication from HTX was excellent. He waited an additional 20 minutes so I could get off work and make there in time to go over key areas that needed to be addressed. Scott provided a thorough inspection of the home and covered all electrical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC systems with recommendations. The report was given quickly within a couple hours upon completion. Highly recommend!

HTX Home Inspection Service was very thorough. I mean the inspector was on the roof and all. He found a lot of cosmetic defects in the foundation, flooring, and roof panels. He found hazardous issues as well. The pictures that were posted on the report was extremely clear and very professional as of a Nikon or best Sony camera was used. They communicated with me every step of the way as this was very important to me as a first time homebuyer. They not only kept me in the loop they also included my Realtor and she was there to complete the final inspection part in person as I was unable to make it. The report was concluded and provided to me immediately after the inspection was completed. Well the customer service didn’t end there they also took the time to reach out to me post inspection thanking me for my business and to see if I had any questions about the inspection. I would give this company a 10/10 and I will be using them again! Thanks Douglas & Andrew! I recommend HTX!
